The Phil & Teds DASH is here! To celebrate, you can DOUBLE YOUR BUGGY FOR FREE!
After months of anticipation, the Phil & Teds Dash Buggy has finally arrived! We saw it in Las Vegas last September and Amy and I were skeptical. How does the Dash fit into the P&T line of strollers? Months later and after attending Phil & Teds University in Atlanta this past May, we figured it out. The Dash is the Active Urban Inline. Once we got our hands on the Dash, there was no turning back. I always had a love affair with my e3 but after seeing the Dash it was finally time for me to upgrade!
The Dash uses the Sport Buggy frame as its base but beyond that, there are many differences and improvements. The fabric is upscale - heavy duty but soft. The seat has a wonderful plush seat liner (that is removable). The colors are black (which is black with charcoal and a slight bit of khaki on the backside fabric of the liner) and red (true red with the liner being a slightly different but very similar shade of red).
The Dash functions in the same way as the other Phil & Teds inline buggies. You can use it in newborn/toddler position with the baby lying flat or in toddler/toddler position. The Dash has a plastic footwell which makes cleaning a snap. The biggest improvement with the Dash is the intelligent handle hand brake. No more fighting with the foot brake with your flip flops on like you have to with your Sport Buggy. To engage the brake, just pull the handlebar down to the lowest position. It is as simple as that. The other great feature is the easy trigger fold mechanism. Unlike the Sport Buggy where you have to bend down to fold the stroller at the seat, you just pull on the trigger on the handlebar to fold the Dash.
The Dash also has a small pocket on the back of the seat. The frame of the doubles kit is covered in fabric (similar to the Vibe and unlike the Sport Buggy). All of these things are small improvements designed to make the parent’s life easier.
To celebrate the long awaited debut of the Dash, we are running a special and very limited time offer of DOUBLE YOUR BUGGY FOR FREE. Purchase a single Dash buggy and receive the doubles kit ($99.95 value) for free. We have a very limited number, so if you were on the fence about which P&T inline to go for, this would be the time to jump on the Dash! The Double Your Buggy For Free promotion is for a limited time only and while supplies last. Enjoy!

We just received our Phil & Ted’s Dash with double seat this week and are very pleased. We have a 17 month old now and are expecting baby #2 in October. We assembled the stroller tonight and everything seems fine except when we put it in newborn / toddler mode with the doubles seat up front we cannot for the life of us work out how we are supposed to attach the retaining strap (it is way too short). I am referring to step r) on page 4 of the instructions. Can you offer any help?
Hi Jane- I’m afraid without the manual in front of me, I don’t think I can answer your question. I would definitely call the distributor, Regal Lager, at (800) 593-5522 and they will be able answer your question. Hope that helps- Erika

Have you heard of any kind of recall on the Phil and Teds Dash stroller? I heard from Regal Lager that customers were having issues with the frames collapsing while the kids were in the strollers. I was hoping to buy a Dash, but am very hesitant in light of this news…. Thanks.
Hi Sherry- We just received word from Regal Lager, the US Phil & Teds distributor, that they are looking into a potential issue with a limited batch of Dash Buggies. They have requested that all retailers hold off on selling any Dash products while they resolve this issue. We are unsure at this point how long this process will take and hope to have more information from them soon. Thanks- Erika

I’ve been wondering when this problem would be mentioned online. I bought the dash right after it came into stores and about 4 days later it collapsed while my kids were in it. I changed it for another, but that one never opened correctly to begin with. And just today the handlebar on my third one broke. Needless to say, we’ll be heading back to the store tomorrow, but this time I’ll switch to the Sport. What a pity, I absolutely love the stroller.
Hi Connie- I am sorry to hear you had issues with your Dash. I hope your local retailer is assisting you with your issues. We are still waiting to hear from Regal Lager and Phil & Teds as to what the next step is with the Dash. Hope that helps- Erika

I purchased a Dash from you guys. Will you notify me if there is a recall?
Hi Andrea- Thanks for your post. We have received some information from Regal Lager, the U.S. Phil & Teds distributor, that they are looking into some potential issues with a limited batch of Dash Buggies. Regal Lager has not had a formal recall but they have requested that all retailers hold off on selling any Dash products while they resolve these issues and are asking customers to stop using their strollers. Give us a call at (866) 293-5642 or email us at info@strollermama.com and we can discuss your order. Thanks, Andrea. Erika
